别嘌醇超敏反应研究进展

摘要：

别嘌醇作为临床上最常用的降尿酸药物,也是最常见引起药物严重不良反应的药物。药物遗传学和免疫学研究发现,HLA-B*58∶01与别嘌醇严重不良反应关系密切,但在不同人群中存在较大差异,且HLA-B*58∶01并非别嘌醇发生超敏反应的充分、必要条件。目前,临床通过检测HLA-B*58∶01预警别嘌醇发生超敏反应,但是其临床应用价值仍需要进一步研究,为此该文总结了近年别嘌醇超敏反应的药物遗传学和免疫学研究进展。
