一氧化氮系统功能障碍与动脉粥样硬化

摘要
近年来发现一氧化氮系统可能是一个内源性抗动脉粥样硬化机制。内皮细胞生成的一氧化氮具有抑制多种血细胞对内皮的粘附和损伤,抑制平滑肌细胞增殖、血小板活化和聚集,调节血管张力等多种作用。一氧化氮系统功能障碍,使内源性抗动脉粥样硬化机制减弱可能是动脉粥样硬化发生发展的重要因素之一。
