基于知识发酵理论的组织知识共享问题研究

摘要
在经济全球化和知识经济条件下,知识共享是组织提升学习能力、适应能力和创新能力的关键因素,同时也是知识管理和组织学习领域最难以解决的问题。本文从知识共享的生物学依据出发,从仿生学和生物进化角度重新审视知识共享问题,运用知识发酵理论,剖析知识共享的内在机理,提出了知识共享发酵模型,并具体分析了知识共享发酵过程的核心要素和“发酵”原理。最后,提出了知识共享发酵的主要类型,剖析了各个类型的主要特征,并就如何提高组织内部知识共享效果提出了相应建议。
