摘要：

<正>前哨淋巴结转移的术前诊断包括临床检查、CT、MRI、钼靶扩展腋窝视图、同侧腋窝超声及腋窝超声结合细针穿刺[1]。RVS系统是一种实时虚拟系统,实时情况下能够显示与超声影像相应的虚拟影像。三维多排CT淋巴造影(3DCT-LG)则能显示从多排螺旋CT中生成的任意多平面重建(MPR)图像。本组结合RVS系统与3DC-LG术前检测乳腺癌患者的前哨淋巴结,旨在探讨RVS系统显示MPR图像引导下超声术前检测乳腺癌患者
