基于社会化问答平台的用户健康信息行为研究综述

摘要：

社会化问答服务逐渐成为人们搜寻健康信息和寻求社会支持的主要途径。本文采用数据库检索和追溯检索两种方法,搜集近年来国外学者关于社会化问答平台用户健康信息行为的文章并进行系统性综述,对文献的研究主题从健康信息质量评价、健康信息分享行为、健康信息搜寻行为、健康信息需求、健康信息使用行为以及用户特征等六个方面进行归类分析,希望综述结果可以为我国学者开展相关研究提供依据和指引。
