依托考昔在骨关节炎的治疗研究进展

摘要：

非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs,包括COX-2抑制剂)在骨关节炎(OA)的疾病管理中起着非常重要的作用,作为一种较新的COX-2抑制剂,依托考昔具有比传统NSAIDs更好的胃肠道安全性,其血药浓度达峰时间短、半衰期长等药理学特性,决定了其起效快和药效长。本文就依托考昔近些年发表的OA治疗相关随机对照研究、系统回顾研究和NNT研究等多个国内外文献进行回顾,并与其他NSAIDs的疗效和安全性进行比较分析,希望较全面总结依托考昔在OA疾病管理中的研究进展,为临床用药提供循证参考。
