摘要：

企业能力是一系列具有特定密切联系的理论集合体。在前人研究的基础上,研究提出:知识是企业能力的本质和最终逻辑归宿,并体现在能力形成的知识积累本质和能力演化的知识更新本质两个层面。因此,企业成长过程是企业能力的动态演化过程,类似于生物演化的规律,通过"遗传-变异-选择"(HAS)演化机制而得以实现的。
