兔髌韧带延长引起髌骨软骨变性的实验研究

摘要：

手术方法延长兔髌韧带3mm使髌股关节压力减低而造成髌骨软骨退变,用光镜、扫描电镜观察其主要病理变化为软骨细胞团簇样增生,细胞排列紊乱,软骨层变薄及软骨表面胶原纤维增粗、断裂等。作者认为关节软骨上压应力减低是其退变原因之一。
