比较研究纳米炭示踪剂在低位直肠癌淋巴结清扫及病理检查中的价值

摘要：

目的研究纳米炭淋巴示踪剂在低位直肠癌手术淋巴结病理检查中的价值。方法60例腹膜返折及其下方的直肠癌,随机分为常规与纳米炭病检组2组,比较2组淋巴结检获情况。结果2组共计检获淋巴结1070枚,其中纳米炭组平均为(20.2±4.9)枚/例,显著高于常规病检组(15.4±6.8)枚/例,P=0.003。纳米炭组检获更多微小淋巴结(P=0.029),炭着色淋巴结癌转移检出率更高(P=0.000)。2组检获淋巴结均以沿直肠上血管及其分支分布为主。结论纳米炭示踪剂提高了淋巴结检获率,确保了病理检查的准确性;直肠系膜内淋巴结主要沿直肠上血管及其分支分布,证实了TME手术的廓清效果。
