失眠的药物治疗

摘要：

本文总结了目前治疗失眠药物的种类、作用机制、适应证的批准及药物的应用现状,指出目前的药物治疗并不能治愈慢性失眠。提出要通过纠正失眠的病理生理机制失调来治愈慢性失眠的观点,合理使用抗抑郁药物可能是治疗慢性失眠的关键。
