摘要
<正>大脑是人体对缺血、缺氧最为敏感的器官,脑缺血可导致脑细胞坏死或凋亡,在治疗时间窗内及时地溶栓以及迅速有效的重建微血管侧枝循环,恢复缺血区及半暗带的血液再灌注是脑缺血的最佳治疗方法[1],然而缺血后血流的再通可导致缺血再灌注损伤。脑缺血再灌注时,在缺血灶局部存在大量炎症因子,并且炎症细胞的激活、浸润及黏附分子的合成分泌呈一种相互增强相互促进的级联反应[2],并通过一定的炎症信号通路使脑组织由缺血
