摘要
bak是bcl 2基因家族中的促凋亡成员 ,同时也是一个重要的细胞凋亡诱发基因 .Bak通过其BH3结构域与凋亡抑制因子相互作用从而拮抗其凋亡抑制活性 ,加速细胞死亡 .研究表明 ,许多疾病的发生与bak基因表达异常有关 ;一些抗肿瘤药物的作用过程也伴随bak基因表达的改变 .
