<正>目前,肺癌已成为各种癌症死亡的首要原因,发病率和死亡率呈上升趋势。吸烟已被证实为肺癌发病的主要因素。2007年美国肺癌新发病例213380人,由肺癌导致的相关死亡人数160390人[1],分别占美国男性、女性癌症死亡率的31%、26%。2008年美国预计肺癌新发病例215020人,161840人死于肺癌相关
