摘要：

子宫内膜异位症(EMs)与不孕症临床上有密切相关性。近年来的研究表明通过单纯药物治疗EMs而提高受孕率效果不佳;腹腔镜手术治疗或者辅助生殖治疗可提高妊娠率,但是辅助生殖技术前有无必要手术尚无定论。
