<正>一、概述胆汁淤积(cholestasis)是指肝内外各种原因造成胆汁形成、分泌和排泄障碍,胆汁流不能正常流入十二指肠而进入血液的病理状态,临床可表现为瘙痒、疲劳、尿色加深和黄疸等,早期常无症状,仅表现为血清碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)和γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(gamma-glutamyl transferase,GGT)水平升高,病情进展后可出现高胆红素血症,
