摘要：

Toll样受体(Toll-like receptors,TLRs)是存在于机体的一类重要的模式识别受体,在免疫调节、血细胞的增殖和分化、机体的神经系统发育、肠道免疫耐受的调节、内分泌等方面都有着重要的作用。但是任何事物都有两面性,TLRs也不例外。TLRs介导引起的反应对机体还存在着弊端,TLRs的激活与心血管疾病、代谢性疾病、肺部疾病、肿瘤和肠道自身免疫疾病有很密切的关系。
