土地细碎化、种植多样化对农业生产利润和效率的影响分析——基于江苏农户的微观调查

摘要
土地细碎化影响农民的生产决策和管理行为,进而以一种积极或消极形式影响农业生产利润和效率。本文通过构建4个不同的随机前沿利润和非效率影响因素模型,利用江苏省扬州、淮安和徐州的农户实地调查数据,具体探讨了种植多样化和土地细碎化的不同组合对利润和效率的影响。研究发现,土地细碎化同技术非效率存在显著的正相关关系,对农业生产利润的影响则显著为负,在不增加地块数的情况下,存在地块规模经济实现的可能。种植多样化对农业生产利润和效率的影响显著为正,多样化种植能有效降低自然和市场风险,优化生产要素的配置,增加利润和效率。政府应不断创造更多稳定的非农就业机会,为农地产权流转营造环境;积极提供有关信息,支持农作物多样化;增强农业基础设施建设的正外部性。
