<正>1895年德国生理学家Oscar Langendorff发明了哺乳动物的离体心脏灌流装置[1],即命名为Lan-gendorff离体心脏灌流模型,此模型是在主动脉瓣处于关闭状态时,灌注液通过主动脉根部的冠状动脉开口灌注冠状动脉循环,最后从冠状静脉窦流入右心房,与生理状态下灌流方向相反的逆行灌流装
