摘要：

我国医疗经验中曾以喜树治疗过白血病。1966年国外资料也报道喜树碱有抗肿瘤的作用。在文化大革命的推动下,我们遵循毛主席的教导,坚决走独立自主、自力更生的道路,实行科研、临床和生产三结合,于1969年从我国丰富的植物资源喜树(Camptothecaacuminata Dcne)中分离提取到纯的喜树碱,进行了药理和毒性实验。通过广泛的社会主义大
