摘要：

专利审查高速路(简称PPH)是近几年来各国专利局为缓解因重复审查引起的专利积压而建立的一种专利检索与审查信息共享的模式。在现有文献的基础上,深入剖析了PPH对后续申请审查质量的双重影响机理,并认为PPH的后续申请局有必要建立后续申请的审查质量控制机制,以避免PPH对后续申请国技术创新最终造成消极影响。
