摘要：

血管性认知功能障碍(VCI)是在重新认识和批判血管性痴呆(VaD)的基础上提出来的,目的在于对其早期干预,降低VaD的发生率。非痴呆型血管性认知功能障碍(V-CIND)恰好处于VCI的早期,对其进行研究有着重要的实际意义和社会意义。
