制造业员工离职率对生产力影响的实证研究——基于A集团的面板数据

摘要
文章运用我国制造业企业的面板数据研究了离职率对于生产力的影响,并选取了产品制造中的产品不良率作为生产力的代表指标,具体探讨了总离职率、自愿离职率、非自愿离职率对总产品不良率和人为不良率的关系。研究结果表明:(1)总离职率、非自愿离职率与总产品不良率正相关;总离职率、自愿离职率、非自愿离职率与人为不良率均显著正相关;(2)总离职率每降低10%,总产品不良率降低0.1%,人为不良率降低5.14%;自愿离职率每降低10%,人为不良率降低3.63%;非自愿离职率每降低10%,总产品不良率降低1.42%,人为不良率降低3.06%。因此,企业可以通过降低离职率来提高生产率。
