摘要
组织蛋白酶G(CG)是组织蛋白酶家族中的丝氨酸亚型,参与调控炎症反应。CG可通过水解活化细胞因子、加工蛋白酶激活受体的N末端细胞外结构城、切割白细胞介素6受体及补体C5a受体、加工尿激酶受体等参与慢性阻塞性肺疾病、囊肿性纤维化、急性肺损伤、急性呼吸窘迫综合征及血管性炎症等疾病的发生发展,有可能成为以上疾病的防治新靶点。
