利用稻瘟霉分生孢子筛选有生物活性的菌株

摘要
从广西、贵州等地土壤中分出417株真菌.以稻瘟霉分生孢子及菌丝生长异常或抑制为指标,从417株真菌中初筛出74株活性菌株.经多次反复筛选从中得到13株活性较好且稳定的菌株.其中7株能引起稻种幼根肥大,但不抑制细菌生长.对其中变形活性最好的38号菌株进行紫外照射诱变处理,使活性由 63 μl·mL-1提高到16 μl·mL-1,其遗传稳定性和热稳定性良好.对其中抑制活性最好的1901和 74号菌株进行抗真菌实验也显示了较好的活性.
