摘要：

商贸流通是国民经济的一个重要组成部分,国内外流通理论的产生和发展曾呈现过完全不同的状况。就我国的状况而论,改革开放以前,商贸流通理论一直没有得到理论界的重视。本文在对西方商贸流通理论进行高度概括和简评的基础上,联系我国商贸流通理论的发展变化,对其脉络进行了介绍和评述,进而提出了继续深化我国商贸流通理论必须关注的有待于实践检验的几个问题。
