基于专利宽度和深度的技术复杂度分析

摘要：

本文以Ozman M.提出的专利技术复杂度测度方法为基础,使用中国发明专利数据计算了三十个技术领域的宽度与深度,并与Ozman M.使用欧洲专利数据的计算结果进行了对比,从中发现各技术领域的技术复杂度在中国和欧洲表现出了趋同特性。电信领域前二十家公司在中国和欧洲的技术复杂度差异较大。日本电信类公司较美国和欧洲电信类公司拥有更高的技术宽度和深度,说明日本电信类公司拥有更复杂的专利技术。
