摘要
本文综述了在膳食中补充摄入大豆蛋白对人类血脂含量及CHD发病率、死亡率的影响。 大量研究结果表明:大豆蛋白可有效降低人类的血液胆固醇含量,并可能降低CHD发 病率和死亡率。
