摘要：

创业者的技术经验作为企业竞争优势的重要来源,对新创企业获取、转移和有效利用技术知识,开展技术创新活动具有重要影响。从创业者技术知识转移出发,分析了创业者的先前技术经验对创新活动的周期和集中性的影响,并运用美国"创业动态跟踪研究"的调查数据进行了实证分析,发现有先前技术经验的创业者创办企业的创新周期短,创新集中度高。
