E-cadherin、N-cadherin在乳腺癌中表达变化及意义附视频

摘要
为观察乳腺浸润性导管癌中,EMT相关表型分子E-cadherin、N-cadherin蛋白表达变化,探讨EMT与乳腺癌变、分级相关性。采用收集70例乳腺癌组织和20例癌旁正常组织制作组织芯片,应用免疫组化EnVision法检测E-cadherin、N-cadherin蛋白表达。结果显示,乳腺浸润性导管癌E-cadherin阳性表达明显降低,同时N-cadherin阳性表达明显升高,E-cadherin与N-cadherin表达呈显著相关性(r=0.405,P<0.05);乳腺癌高、中、低分化组织中,E-cadherin阳性表达逐渐升高,同时N-cadherin阳性表达逐渐降低。由此可知,乳腺癌细胞存在EMT,EMT参与乳腺癌变过程,并与乳腺癌恶性程度有相关性。
