摘要：

骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折是一种因骨质疏松症而导致的常见骨折,其病死率和致残率较高。近年来针对股骨粗隆间骨折治疗的内固定有了新的发展,新的理念和方法层出不穷,但一部分骨科医生,仅着眼于手术治疗,而忽略了药物治疗在骨质疏松性骨折中的重要作用,故本文就骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的综合治疗做一综述。
