基于随机交配设计的胚乳性状QTL定位方法

摘要
提出了基于随机交配设计和三倍体遗传模型的胚乳性状QTL区间定位方法.其基本思想是,从一个已知标记基因型信息的作图群体出发,将群体中的植株(或株系)进行随机交配,产生由杂种家系组成的胚乳QTL定位群体;对各杂种家系种子的胚乳性状进行混合测定,得到家系平均值;利用胚乳性状的家系平均值和亲本植株(或株系)的标记基因型信息对胚乳QTL进行定位和效应估计.用计算机模拟对方法的可行性和有效性进行了检验.结果表明,该方法可以准确定位胚乳QTL,无偏、有效地估计出胚乳QTL的3种效应(加性效应、第一显性效应和第二显性效应).
