摘要：

本文从效用最大化的观点出发,给出了Logit模型的推导。然后基于Logit模型设定中过于严格的假设,陈述了Logit模型的主要局限,即Logit模型能够处理行为主体的系统偏好差异而不能够分析随机偏好差异,选择概率关于无关替代物的独立性以及随机效用的跨期误差项不具有相关性,以及为了克服这些局限和反映复杂选择行为的Logit模型的推广形式。
