摘要：

<正>癌因性疲乏（CRF）是癌症最易困扰患者的症状之一,严重影响患者的生活质量。据调查,70%100%被治疗的患者受到不同程度困扰。然而由于认识相对不足和缺乏有效的干预手段,其在较长时间内未引起重视。随着肿瘤诊疗技术的提高,临床正面临持续增长的癌因性疲乏患者。相对于已有可靠防治措施的疼痛、呕吐等症状,疲乏更让患者痛苦,其可能长期存在并干扰患者日常生活。我们将从概念、流行状况、病因病机及治疗等方面,对近年来CRF研究的新进展
