创业导向构念辨析及对维度之争的评述

摘要：
关于创业导向构念的研究,现有文献中存在两个问题:一是概念使用不规范;二是对创业导向各维度是否相互独立存在学术争论。本文梳理了创业导向构念的演化路径,提出了汉语语境下术语的使用建议,并进一步对比了相关构念之间的区别与联系,澄清不同术语的使用范围。对创业导向维度的发展以及学术争论进行了分析,解释了现有学术分歧存在的原因。最后,提出了创业导向构念深入发展的两个方向。
