产品稀缺诉求影响消费者购买意愿的并列多重中介机制

摘要
通过向目标消费者传播预售商品的稀缺诉求来提升价值和促进销售,已经成为众多企业重要的营销策略,并且赢得了广泛的关注与研究。但已有研究整合性的严重不足限制了理论或模型的解释力和有效性,为此,本文提出了基于并列多重中介的整合模型。通过两个实验研究发现:(1)心理所有权与心理抗拒感会分别从认知与情绪(或行为目的与行为自由)共同中介产品稀缺诉求对消费者预期后悔和购买意愿的影响,并且预期后悔会进一步部分中介它们对购买意愿的影响;(2)消费者的认知需求会对心理所有权与心理抗拒感的共同中介效应起调节作用,即高认知需求对供应性稀缺诉求有更大的影响,而低认知需求对需求性稀缺诉求有更大的影响。该研究结论不仅对深化和拓展产品稀缺性等理论的结构体系和适用边界具有重要的理论意义,而且对企业有效传播产品稀缺诉求、提升营销传播效果和对消费者正确认识产品稀缺诉求动机、增强消费理性都有重要的实践意义。
