克洛诺菌属分离株16S rDNA序列分析附视频

摘要：

目的对2株克洛诺菌属(原阪崎肠杆菌)模式株和29株食品分离株的16SrDNA进行序列分析。方法对菌株的16SrDNA进行PCR扩增、测序,获得目的菌的16SrDNA序列并通过BioNumerics软件对其进行多重对比分析和系统发育学分析。结果除ATCC51329和ES014外,其他克洛诺菌属与ATCC29544的16SrDNA序列均属于同一基因群,而ATCC51329和ES014分别属于另外一个分支。从16SrDNA序列分析可知,除ES014不能确定外,其它克洛诺菌属分离株均可从基因水平上得到准确鉴定。结论从基因水平上对国内克洛诺菌属食品分离株进行鉴定,并研究了相关菌株之间的系统发育学关系。
