国际货币基金组织份额制改革与中国的进路分析

摘要：

全球性的金融危机折射国际货币基金组织的危机,不公平的份额制和投票权制是其陷入困境的肇端。只有IMF真正实质性改革其份额制和投票权制,IMF才堪承负稳定国际金融秩序的重任。目前中国作为新兴市场国家的代表正以并将以相应的思路与举措对IMF的改革施之影响:包括谋求区域货币合作从而警示IMF进行改革,承诺给予IMF筹资支持,以及提出建立超主权储备货币体系的构想,为解决全球性问题提供自己的方案等等。
