摘要：

间隙连接普遍存在于动物细胞,是细胞群体内信号传递的主要途径,对于传播生长调节信号,调控细胞增殖有重要的作用。细胞增殖的不同状态,其间隙连接通讯功能表现不同。许多转化的细胞和肿瘤细胞的间隙连接通讯低下或无通讯。间隙连接通讯的抑制或破坏可能与细胞生长失控有关,被认为是癌变促癌阶段的重要机制。
