摘要：

脓毒症定义为宿主对感染的反应失调引起的威胁生命的器官功能障碍,分为全身炎症反应综合征（SIRS）阳性和阴性两个类型。脓毒症仍是全球广泛流行的危重症之一,大约70%的脓毒症可能诱发一种脓毒症相关性脑病,病死率高达51.0%71.9%。脓毒症和脓毒症相关性脑病常复杂多变,诊断困难。临床上,采用SIRS-阳性和SIRS-阴性脓毒症分类诊断标准,可减少脓毒症和脓毒症相关性脑病的漏诊。
