地震对磷产品供应链的影响分析及应对策略

摘要：

基于单制造商和两个零售商的磷产品国际供应链,分析了制造商和零售商在地震导致磷矿石价格上涨及产能受损情况下的最优应对策略。进而分析了政府该如何根据磷矿和磷化工企业在地震中的受灾程度,调整磷产品特殊出口关税,避免对全国磷肥市场及农业生产产生重大影响。数值仿真结果表明,政府通过适当调整磷产品特殊出口关税,能够显著提高国内磷产品需求的满足率。
