根据转基因大豆A5547-127品系外源插入片段与植物基因组序列设计品系特异性引物,筛选最佳引物并对反应体系和反应条件进行优化,最终建立了转基因大豆A5547-127品系成分特异性LAMP的快速检测方法。对该方法进行了特异性、灵敏度和稳定性测试。结果表明:该方法能快速、特异性检测出转基因大豆A5547-127品系成分,定性检测低限为0.5%,稳定性和特异性均能达到100%。
