国外健康信息搜寻行为研究综述

摘要：

从用户年龄、种族、居住区域等研究视角综述近年来国外健康信息搜寻行为(health information seeking be-havior,HISB)研究的主题、主要发现、研究方法等。结果表明,HISB研究的主题包括:搜寻的动机、目的;影响搜寻行为的因素;搜寻的途径、内容和手段;与HISB相关的方面,如网站信息质量、可信度、对健康实践的影响等。HISB研究多采用问卷调查和结构性访谈等研究方法,其中定量数据分析是主要的数据分析方法。最后,分析国外HISB研究对国内研究的启示。
