骨关节炎的软骨细胞凋亡机制

摘要
<正>骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种退行性关节病,常见于老年人。目前ΟΑ的具体发病机制尚不明确,当骨关节软骨基质降解后,会导致骨钙质出现沉积现象;骨关节中凋亡的软骨细胞,未能全部清除,遗留在软骨中,对软骨细胞功能造成严重影响;在骨关节中的软骨细胞处于凋亡时期,若其基质合成较低,将导致ΟΑ的发生[1],故阐明软骨细胞凋亡的机制很有意义。本文将着重从信号通路、细胞因子、基因三方面对OA软骨细胞凋亡机制作一综述。
