碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对内皮细胞在聚氨酯材料上粘附的影响

摘要
促进内皮细胞在聚氨酯材料上粘附是实现人工心和人工血管内皮细胞化的关键一环。用荧光法观察了碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basicfibroblastgrowthfactor,bFGF)对内皮细胞在聚氨酯材料上粘附的影响。结果表明,FN实验组和Ⅳ型胶原实验组的细胞粘附率分别71%和68-5%,而对照组分别是62-5%和55-25%,P均<0-05,表明bFGF能够促进内皮细胞在聚氨酯材料上的粘附。提示bFGF作为一种辅助因素加入培养基中将有助于实现人工心、血管聚氨酯材料的内皮细胞化。
