摘要：

脊柱关节炎和强直性脊柱炎是风湿病中青壮年致残率较高的常见疾病之一,近年来在定义、分类、诊断和治疗方面不断更新,但是,达标治疗还缺乏有效的策略。围绕近年研究热点,本文结合作者研究团队的我国脊柱关节炎和强直性脊柱炎的研究结果进行论述,以期为今后该类疾病的探索性基础和临床研究方向提供线索。
