瞬时弹性成像在肝纤维化无创诊断中的临床应用

摘要：

目前肝活检仍被认为是诊断肝纤维化的"金标准",但其存在有创性、取样误差、患者不易接受等局限性。近年来国内外许多学者开始关注无创诊断方法在肝纤维化中的应用。现针对目前研究较多的瞬时弹性成像在诊断肝纤维化方面的研究进展进行综述,以明确其诊断技术的原理、应用范围、准确性及局限性等。
