摘要：

最近发现的一种新的白细胞介素1受体相关激酶4(interleukin1receptorassociatedkinase4,IRAK4)不仅可促使白细胞介素1受体相关激酶1(IRAK1)磷酸化,还是IRAK1募集于TLR/IL1R复合物的必要条件,从而成为调控IRAK1生物活性以及内毒素胞内信号转导的最关键分子。充分认识IRAK4的作用机制,将有助于设计出新的针对感染性疾病的治疗策略。
