新时期家庭农场经营规模与土地生产率之间关系的研究

摘要：

家庭农场作为适度规模经营的重要载体,引领我国现代农业的发展,围绕其经营规模与生产率展开研究对积极培育家庭农场、推动我国现代农业发展具有重要意义。本文利用全国530个粮食型家庭农场数据考察了新时期家庭农场经营规模与土地生产率之间的关系及其变化,结果表明,粮食型家庭农场生产过程中仍然存在规模报酬递减现象,但随着劳动力市场、机械(租赁)市场的愈加活跃,家庭农场土地生产率随着经营规模的扩大将下降得越慢。研究还发现,尽管家庭农场土地生产率将随着雇工工资水平的提高而显著下降,但通过扩大经营规模可以弥补该下降。
