<正>神经退行性疾病是神经系统的一大类疾病,该类疾病的特征是神经元进行性变性甚至死亡[1],导致以人体中枢神经系统为主的损伤。神经退行性疾病主要影响患者的认知和运动功能,致残、致死率极高,给患者家庭和社会带来极大的心理和经济负担。然而,由于病因不明确、发病机制复杂,目前的一些治疗药物和手段,仅能暂时改善症状,尚缺乏长期有
