摘要：

目的:前瞻性对比推拿与卧床休息干预急性非特异性腰痛(Acute Nonspecific Low Back Pain,ANLBP)的临床疗效、接受程度、不良事件等。方法:60例ANLBP随机均分入A/B组。A组绝对卧床休息1周,B组传统推拿治疗1周。采集治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、汉化Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)、接受程度评分、不良事件等临床资料。IBM SPSS20.0分析疗效等差异。结果:治疗1周后A、B组内VAS、ODI均较治疗前减小(t=14.67、11.55,P均<0.001和t=24.80、15.35,P均<0.001)。A、B组间VAS、ODI差异有统计意义(t=3.24、2.75,P=0.002、0.009)。接受程度评分和不良事件差异有显著性(t=2.65,P=0.01;χ2=10.00,P=0.002)。结论:卧床休息和传统推拿治疗ANLBP均能减轻疼痛,促进功能恢复,但传统推拿能更大幅度改善症状、更被患者接受、不良事件更少。
